The remote control technical support service is exclusively to assist users having problems with Dane-Elec products they already own. We can not answer questions regarding compatibility, availability, or pricing. Your best resource for such information is your Dane-Elec sales representative.

With this service, the technical support representative may decide that remote control of your computer is the best way to handle your call. If so, a small file will be downloaded and run on your computer.

Before initiating this service, please note the following:

  1. If you have a personal firewall, please allow the remote access program to use your Internet connection or disable the firewall before continuing.
  2. At least one Security Warning may be displayed asking if you "Trust" the source of the remote access program. Please answer 'Yes'.
  3. Another permission request will be shown to notify you that the operator will be able to see everything on your screen, so you should minimize or close any window you don't want us to view.
