DANE-ELEC ANNOUNCES 512MB LOW PROFILE 100MHZ/133MHZ SDRAM SODIMM MODULES FOR NOTEBOOK COMPUTERS Irvine, CA., November 7, 2000 -- Dane-Elec Corporation, a worldwide memory manufacturer, today announces immediate availability of its 512MB Low Profile 100MHz/133MHz SDRAM SODIMM for notebook computers. Dane-Elec’s new 512MB 100MHz/133MHz SDRAM SODIMM will be available for top selling notebooks from companies such as Compaq®, Dell®, IBM® and Toshiba®. Dane-Elec’s new 512MB Low Profile 100MHz/133MHz SDRAM SODIMM are high speed 3.3-volt Synchronous DRAM Modules composed of eight 32Mx8 bit Synchronous DRAMs in 54-pin TSOPII and 8-pin TSSOP 2K bit EEPROM on a 144-pin glass-epoxy printed circuit board. The 100MHz/133MHz SDRAM is a Small Outline Dual In-line Memory Module and is intended for mounting into 144-pin edge connector sockets.
