DANE-ELEC SIGNS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH BELL MICROPRODUCTS CANADA

Irvine, CA., March 27, 2001 -- Dane-Elec Corporation, USA, a worldwide memory manufacturer, today announced a distribution agreement with Bell Microproducts Canada, a leading value-added supplier of storage, computer and semiconductor products and solutions. Effective immediately, Bell Microproducts Canada will offer Dane-Elec memory products throughout Canada..
