DANE-ELEC RECEIVES ISO 9002 CERTIFICATION

Irvine, CA., June 1, 2000 -- Dane-Elec, a worldwide memory manufacturer, has received its ISO 9002:1994 Certificate of Registration from Perry Johnson Registrars, Inc. (certificate number: C00-326) for the manufacture of memory modules and related devices. The ISO 9002 series of quality operating systems standards and guidelines are the result of merging customer needs and expectations with sound business practices.

International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is the specialized international agency for standardization, at present comprising the national standards bodies of 91 countries. The purpose of ISO is to promote the development of standardization and related world activities to facilitate the international exchange of goods and services, and to develop cooperation in intellectual, scientific, technological, and economic activity. The results of ISO technical work are published as international standards.
